 Les G. Wozniak - M&AMI (Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary) earned through the IBBA, CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) awarded by the International Business Brokers Association, member of the Texas Association of Business Brokers, and Licensed Real Estate Agent by the Texas Real Estate Commission.  Les is an experienced Merger & Acquisition Intermediary, with a strong history of successful transactions. Les sold his first business over 18 years ago and is one of the most respected, experienced, and well-known business intermediaries in the state of Texas. Les has over 30 years of senior level management and experience in diversified businesses. Les is a former owner of several enterprises and has logged an extensive tenure as a senior executive and owner in the franchise industry. As a commercial licensed real estate agent he has extensive experience in working with business owners and their properties. Les has an MBA in Finance certificate from the SMU Cox School of Business.

Christopher R. Wozniak - CBI-Certified Business Intermediary, awarded by the International Business Brokers Association, BCB-Board Certified Broker, a licensed broker in Texas and a member of the Texas Association of Business Brokers. Chris brings to the company over 7 years experience in Commercial Real Estate and approximately 8 years of experience in business brokerage and middle market transactions. Chris has a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of North Texas and holds the Real Estate Broker's License from the Texas Real Estate Commission. Chris has a strong history of transaction sales in the service, manufacturing, automotive, and retail industry, but is by no means limited in the brokerage field. In addition, Chris has personally started, owned and sold several businesses, including industries ranging from manufacturing to ecommerce, which has given him a comprehensive understanding as to what it takes to operate a business and the selling and buying process. Chris has extensive experience working with literally thousands of buyers and is adept in the process, making sure each transaction goes smoothly.
